Cracked Lower Second Molar

I have had this discomfort for more than a year. I can't say it is painful. I cannot describe it exactly. It has bothered occasionally when I eat or drink cold mostly. Sometimes I cannot bite anything hard on this tooth. I feel discomfort during or after eating. It's inconsistent. Sometimes it drives me crazy.
